ARD Eins Extra is a German digital channal which broadcasts every day from 14:00 to 19:00 (CET) a half hour news show. The language is German. The image and sound quality is really good. If you speak German you should give it a try. The journalistic niveau is pretty good. It's by the way a public channel.
