The "Tagesschau" (days show) is most likely the oldest post WWII news format from Germany. It is produced several times a day (about 9-12 times) and broadcasted completly live. The show runs on the first public channel and they luckily also stream it live to the internet. If you don't hit the live time you get informed about the next time the show will be broadcasted. The main show starts at 20:00 (8p.m.) cet.

The stream has a reasonable quality and the servers are extremely reliable, because the channel receives a lot of funding from german television fees.
